Cherry Chutney
For Saturday lunch with the family I am making CherrySheepCheese delights, today I made the Cherry Chutney so it has time to develop all flavors.
Cherry Chutney
1 lb/500 g pitted and halved fresh cherries
1 peeled and chopped green apple
0.8 dl/1/3 cup Turbinado sugar
2 tablespoons/2 msk Honey Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon/1 msk honey
3 allspice corns
1 star anise
Blend all ingredients in a pan and boil on medium heat for 25 minutes until it thickens.
