Chantarelle and Leeks quiche

Super good quiche made without flour. I used frozen chantarelles I picked in my back yard last year. I have not seen any of them this year though, maybe it has to rainy I guess.
2 leeks
10 big chantarelles
4 eggs
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper

Cut the leeks thin and let it sweat in butter in medium heat until soft. Fry the chantarelles until the are dry and chop them. Mix leeks and chantarelles and put in a baking pan, whisk together eggs, cream and cheese, pour over leeks and chantarelles and bake in 350F/175C for 35 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad.
