6 skinless and boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
Zest from 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon licorice powder
salt and pink pepper corns
cover the chicken thighs with a mix of Parmesan, lemon zest, licorice and spices, bake in 375F oven for 40 minutes. Serve with

1 grated apple
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of arugula
Juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and black pepper
Mix everything and spice to taste. Serve ice cold.
