Swedeviled Eggs

These deviled eggs will make any Swede very happy. Perfect for Easter if you want to serve a real taste of Sweden.
For eight egg halves you need

4 hard boiled eggs
8 large, boiled shrimp
1/3 cup mayo
1 tablespoon Kalles Kaviar (get it at IKEA)
2 teaspoons dill weeds
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Peel the eggs and cut in halves, take out the yolks and mix them with mayo, Kalles Kaviar, dill weeds and lemon juice. Fill the eggs with the mayo mix and top with a shrimp, halved lenghtwise.
